8 Weeks to Clean Eating Challenge

Do you ever get started on being healthy and then get completely overwhelmed? Do you want to eat healthier but aren't sure where to start? I have a solution just for you.

It's my special 8-Weeks to Clean Eating group where we will walk you through small, sustainable, changes that compound on each other to create a healthy lifestyle.

You don't have to worry about going all in, and falling off track. You can ditch the "all or nothing" mentality. It IS possible to create big changes with small steps! Keep scrolling to find out details and join the group.

The Details

How does it work?

We will have a new focus and a new challenge each week. These will compound on each other and eventually lead to a 100% "clean" diet. That can be a bit of a buzz word, so I use the term loosely, but you will absolutely be eating healthier and feeling better!

This is a private group on Facebook, with a select group of people who are going to make a great fit. The commitment is 60 days together and we will be posting each day. This group has a free and paid option for all members. All purchases are optional. At a minimum you will need to budget for healthy food during the group!

What do I get?

On top of the motivating and informative challenges, we will also do some mindset reading to help with the compound effect of your efforts. You will have optional opportunities to connect with members, such as a challenge buddy and zoom sessions.

I will be sharing my meal plans, shopping list, and recipes during the group, as well as other important resources and tools. You will also get a $5.00 off coupon to my online meal planning course.

You do NOT have to eat what I share. This isn't about following a plan, it's about creating change in your own life, step-by-step. Anyone can give you a plan, I want to empower you and help you lead yourself.

How do I know it's for me?

This group is for you if any of these sound like you:

  • You know that nutrition is the reason you aren't seeing results.

  • You want to learn what healthy clean eating is.

  • You tend to go "all in" and then fall off track.

  • You take on too much at once and end up quitting.

  • You are a beginner at healthy eating.

  • You know what to do, but don't seem to be able to stick to it.

  • You could use extra accountability or support.

Faqs

1. Do I have to follow a strict meal plan or give up my favorite foods?

No. This is not a strict plan or an elimination diet.

You will be guided to make small, intentional changes over time, not forced to overhaul everything at once. You do not have to eat the exact meals I share, and you will not be told you “failed” if you eat off-plan.

This challenge is about learning how to make better choices consistently, not being perfect.

2. How is this different from Whole30 or other restrictive programs?

Most restrictive programs rely on willpower and rules. This challenge focuses on habit building, education, and sustainability.

Instead of cutting everything out on day one, we layer changes gradually so your body, mindset, and lifestyle can actually adapt. That is why many people find this approach easier to stick with and more effective long term.

3. Do I need a Facebook account to participate?

A Facebook account is not required, but it is highly recommended.

The private Facebook group is where daily coaching, accountability, reminders, and community support happen. Many members find that connection is the missing piece that helps them stay consistent.

If Facebook is not a fit for you, there is an email-only option so you can still participate.

4. How much does the challenge cost?

There are multiple ways to join, with both free and paid options available.

Once you request access, you will receive an email outlining your choices so you can select the level of support that fits your goals and budget. All upgrades and purchases are optional.

The only required cost is your normal grocery budget for healthier food.

5. Is this challenge for weight loss?

Weight loss is a common result, but it is not the only focus.

Many participants experience improved energy, fewer cravings, better digestion, and a healthier relationship with food. When your habits improve and your body is supported, weight loss often follows naturally.

This challenge is designed to create results that last beyond the scale.

6. What if I’ve tried everything and usually quit?

That is actually who this challenge is for.

If you tend to go all in, burn out, and start over, this approach was created with you in mind. The structure, pacing, and support are designed to help you stay consistent even when motivation dips or life gets busy.

You do not need to be disciplined or experienced. You just need to be willing to start where you are.
